What we collect

When you register interest as a buyer, we collect your name, phone number, city, and whatever else you fill in: email, budget range, property type, and any message. Email and message are optional. When you apply as a partner (builder, agent, dealer), we collect your name or company, phone, business type, coverage area and the property types you sell.

Why we collect it

Solely to connect buyers with matching plot or home owners, dealers and developers in Lucknow and Kanpur. That is the entire purpose of the site.

Who it's shared with

Buyer inquiries are shared with the specific partner(s) whose listings or coverage area match what you're looking for: that's the service. We do not sell or share your data for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone outside that matching purpose. You explicitly consent to this sharing when you check the consent box on the interest form.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored in a spreadsheet accessible only to Plot Mitra. We don't run ad trackers, retargeting pixels, or anything that follows you across other sites. We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate page views and load times: it's cookieless, doesn't collect any personal data, and can't identify individual visitors.
